  • Do you see children?

    Yes, we are happy to see patients of all ages!

  • Do you take payments?

    Payment is due at time of service. We do offer financing through CareCredit, which offers 0% APR with affordable payments. We can help you apply or you can do it via phone or internet.

  • Do you participate/accept my dental insurance?

    We participate in two plans, Cigna and Superior, although we accept all insurance plans with the exception of Medicaid programs.

  • How much will it cost?

    The front desk staff will put together the doctor’s treatment plan for you and verify how much your insurance will pay for your treatment. They will give you the cost before treatment is performed.

  • What type of dentist is Dr. Long?

    He is a General Dentist.

  • What type of services does Dr. Long offer?

    He offers General Dentistry which includes restorations such as fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant crowns, bonding, extractions, dentures, partials, root canals, laser gum surgeries, Invisalign, and cosmetic including bleaching – take home or in office treatments.

  • Do you use nitrous?

    Yes, we have nitrous available to patients who prefer to use it. We understand and sympathize with patients who may have dental anxiety.

  • Do you see emergency patients?

    Yes, we do our best to accommodate patients, usually seen same day.

  • Do I have to have x-rays?

    The only way to diagnose some problems in your mouth is with x-rays. Without x-rays, the doctor cannot provide you with a full diagnostic exam. X-rays show what cannot be seen. They show bone levels, which correlate with periodontal disease, decay between teeth, and any infections at the root of teeth. Infections can be present without pain or other symptoms.
